The 2019 CB1000R carried over the second-generation Neo Sports Cafe bike from 2018 unchanged in its mechanicals. It combined café racer styling, with a round LED headlight and brushed aluminium panels, with a strong 998 cc four, electronic rider aids and a single-sided swingarm. In Italy a 350-unit Limited Edition in red, white and blue was also offered that year.
